An alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, Aditya Sanghi is an industrial engineer whose career has been defined by the scale and quality of what he has helped build. As Director of Sanghi Industries Limited, he led a Rs 1,200 crore expansion of one of India's most significant industrial operations and brings that same standard of execution to everything Growthspirit builds.

Long before sustainability became a business priority, it was an operational standard at Sanghi Industries. Surface mining across 1,543 hectares — with no drilling, no blasting, and no compromise on the integrity of the surrounding environment. A 15 MW Waste Heat Recovery Plant that turned operational heat into clean power — inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat. And a campus where 400,000 plants now grow across land that was once arid and bare.
