Sanghi Industries Limited operated what was recognised as the world's largest single-location, fully automatic cement plant — a fully integrated facility encompassing limestone mining, multi-fuel thermal power generation, all-weather port access, and sea terminals, all within a single self-sustaining operation.
The plant set industry benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and sustainability producing superior grade cement at the lowest cost of production while maintaining standards that the broader cement industry in India came to measure itself against. 14 consecutive Best Operation Awards from the Government of India were not a recognition of ambition.

An alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, Aditya Sanghi is an industrial engineer whose career has been shaped by one consistent belief that the quality of what gets built is a direct reflection of the discipline behind it.
As Director of Sanghi Industries Limited, he led the expansion of one of India's most significant industrial operations — a ₹1,200 crore project that elevated a facility already recognised as a national benchmark to an even higher standard of performance and excellence.

Surface mining across 1,543 hectares — with no drilling, no blasting, and no compromise on the integrity of the surrounding environment. A 15 MW Waste Heat Recovery Plant that turned operational heat into clean power — inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat. And a campus where 400,000 plants now grow across land that was once arid and bare.
