The Sanghi Industries Story
Sanghi Industries Limited operated the world's largest single-location, fully automatic cement plant, a fully integrated facility built in Sanghipuram, Kutch, Gujarat. From limestone mine to sea terminal, every part of the operation was designed, built, and run to a single standard, quality without compromise, at a scale few companies in the world have achieved. This is the legacy Growthspirit stands on.

145 MW Captive Power Plant

1,543 Hectares Limestone Reserves
One of the largest limestone reserves operated by a single facility in India, extracted through eco-friendly surface mining, with no drilling and no blasting.
3 KM Conveyor Belt
A precision-engineered conveyor system connecting the mines directly to the plant, built to move raw material at scale, efficiently and without interruption.
15 MW Waste Heat Recovery Plant
An award-winning system that converted operational heat into clean power, inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat.

The Port and Terminals
An all-weather captive jetty, two owned bulk cement carrier ships, and bulk terminals at Navlakhi and Kochi, built to move cement efficiently across India and beyond.

From a single integrated facility in Kutch, Sanghi Industries built a distribution network that reached across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Kerala, with export markets extending into the Middle East, Africa, and across the Indian subcontinent. Bulk terminals at Navlakhi, Kochi, Dharamtar, and Tuticorin, alongside dedicated port facilities at Gujarat and Mumbai, ensured that what was built in one location could serve markets across an entire region, and beyond.
